Silhouette-lift (face, neck, eyebrow and buttock)

first step: under local anesthesia is performed a small (2cm) incision in the scalp.

Neck
first step: under local anesthesia is performed small (1 cm) slice behind the ear
second step: gradually stretch the threads in the deep subcutaneous layer so that they were not palpable and not at all visible (subcutaneous face)

third step: Threads tighten and fix the small mesh that tightly přiroste to muscle fascia / povázce /. Finally, the skin closed a few small stitches.

Eyebrow
first step: under local anesthesia is performed small (0.7 cm) cut above the hair line above the forehead.

second step: gradually stretch the threads in the deep subcutaneous layer so that they were not palpable and not at all visible (subcutaneous face).
third step: Threads tighten and fix the small mesh that tightly přiroste to muscle fascia / povázce /. Finally, the skin closed several small stitches.

Buttock
first step: under local anesthesia a small incision is made in the gluteal fold.

second step: gradually stretch the threads in the deep subcutaneous layer so that they were not palpable and not at all visible (subcutaneous face).

third step: In the case of lift buttocks during the first session don´t  cock thread, the tension is up to 3 months at the second session, which lasts about 20 minutes.

DURAN DURAN in Bratislava

Even writting of reviews is not one of my usual activities, the discussion about the concert of my favorite band as well as the shallow review of certain music server made me comment on the concert, we could have seen in Bratislava couple of days ago...

I have been a fan of Duran Duran for more than 25 years and while performing surgeries I listen to various kinds of music and because of the young members of my team my genereal awareness of the current music bussiness is good. Moreover I am interested in music and the fact that I have been cooperating with Interkoncert – LiveNation since 1998 and so had the opportunity to take care of various artists as their doctor during their stay in the Czech Republic, /in case of bigger events in Slovakia as well / should not be omitted either.  Thanks to this, I have already got to see more than 150 concerts and that is why I dare to express my opinion.

The gig we could see on the 1st Feb was a professional performance, Duran Duran definitely are the concert kind of group for which they also have all the necessary qualities. Well known hits, catchy refrains, perfect rhytmics, exceptional singer, lots of experience etc. But there is one thing missing which is also the reason why their concert took place in Incheba Aarena/ att. 5 000/ and not in a place for 20 000 and more people as it used to be in the 80´...

The voice of Bono Vox hasn´t been „ a Good Voice“   for a long time, their records since Joshua Tree  have been rather unconvincing and it is quite difficult to find 2 or 3 song on each of their new albums which could have the „HIT“ potential...but still they manage to sell out big arenas… Their rhytmics is great and have a charismatic quitar player. But would U2 still be the same band even without one of their members ?

Dave Gahan for himself is an interesting topic to discuss...his dedicated fans are able to sing along all the refrains for him and still are entusiastic about his singing skills. But to say the truth, Dave Gahan doesn ´t almost sing at all...Charismatic Martin Gore  is more of all a „cartoon character“ and more that 80%  of the concerts are pre-recorded.

The Queen without Freddie are a professional band but for most of the public they are just a legend....or do you know any song by Queen after Freddie´s death ?

Madonna definitely is a great bussiness woman and an imagemaker but her singing? Her ajusting to cheesy shows like the ones by Kylie Minogue has lowered her to the level of these carneval stars....

Rolling Stones, dinosaurs who have rock and roll in their blood but they are not proving it any more...

Then why are Duran Duran less popular that these stars  ?When their fame was reaching the stars during the 80´ they split up...in other words of the avarage pop music fan they disappeared....stopped existing....Their comebacks with Notorious, Big Thing or Liberty were noticed just by their dedicated fans....Though these recordings were acclaimed by the critics, in this so quickly changing world of „fast food“ consumed music there is no more space for „girl idols“ from the 80´. And when the Ordinary World and their partial comeback came, a downswing impossible to understand followed. And honestly, who of usu were excited about Pop Trash?

When I had the chance to see the original line up of the DD in Wembley during Easter 2004, it was surely not just me who told to himself: yes, they are back. Such a great rock band! Their characteristic sound, the singer with a flawless voice, perfect rhytmics, fantastic quitar...all of the qualities which are necessary for our favourite band to became  a world legend, which they had already been headed to in the 80´. And  Astronaut is definitely  an album the DD needed. When I saw them one year later in Prague and I even had the chance to talk to them  they seemed to me like „ordinary guys“. One year after that in Bratislava, things were totally different...This was the second concert without Andy and questions aboutr him at the backstage were banned. And Andy´s quitar at the concert was terribly missing....As well as on the RCM and has been missed since. Dom Brown is neither Warren nor Andy Taylor which was made obviously clear above all on the „ Ordinary World“ ...A rock band without a decent guitar player just can not exist.

If the DD chose for the AYNIN the“ return to the roots“ and a single producer, they made exactly what Andy had wanted during the recordings for RCM, as he is writting in his book which was released much longer before AYNIN...There is no reason not to believe him. Yes, we don´t know what really happened, but I am afraid that untill the „fab 5“ meet in Andy´s study in Ibiza, Duran Duran will remain being a group for 5000 nostalgic fans.

And that is why despite their professional performance, the wide public will still view DD as a relic from the 80´ and they will keep on playing Rio, Girls and Film, Wild Boys etc… . It is obvious that the „set list“  played by a quartet in stead of the original line up for 5,  is not the only but, still a big problem.

Likewise as in the Astronaut tour the current schema remained similar:

Cca 5 new songs and same old hits....with a set list like this Duran Duran will really sooner or later get to „ Lucerna Music Bar“ or a different music bar for about 1 000 people who will be willing to listen to the same songs all the time. This is the way to get conserved as the last century relic and not to become a legend (which would be deserved).

Nevertheless, the DD would have many recordings to choose from: At this point we are not talking just about songs which would be put on the TOP set list by other groups, but Duran Duran can and should be choosing, equally from their side projects too – Arcadia, Power Station or solo work by Andy and John (unfortunately I can not imagine any recordings from Nick´s Dark Circles project to be played during the concert…J ).

To conclude, what would I like to hear next time ?

Definitely the original line up and for example set list which would look like this:

INCOM Trading spol. s r.o. regarding the import of breast implants
POLY IMPLANT PROTHESE

Prague, 12th January 2012

The company INCOM Trading spol.s.o. was an exclusive importer of breast implants of the French company POLY IMPLANT PROTHESE (PIP) in the Czech Republic between July 2006 – March 2010. 2926 pieces of implants were imported into the Czech Republic within this period. 2427 pieces in total were sold for reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery. The PIP implants had been on the markets of all the countries of the European Union, as well as many other countries in the world, since 1991.

The PIP breast implants held all necessary certificates of quality and safety of medical material which allowed their sale in the countries of the European Union. The certificates were issued by a supervisory body which has the authority to issue such certificates – TÜV Rheinland Group, headquartered in Cologne, Germany. Every implant manufacturer must undergo a similar procedure of quality and safety inspection of implants. The certificates were submitted to state institutions in accordance with the valid regulations of the Czech Republic. The company INCOM Trading spol. s.r.o., like any other importer, had neither the legal right nor the practical means to approve the certificates and thus inspect the quality of the medical material. Therefore, the manufacturer and the supervisory body which issued the certificate bear full responsibility for the quality of the medical material. When the company INCOM Trading spol. s r.o. started importing the PIP implants into the Czech Republic, the implants had been on the market in developed countries for over 10 years without any signs of defect.

In March 2010 the Department of Incidents and Clinical Evaluation of Medical Devices of the State Institute for Drug Control got a safety report within the Rapid Alert Vigilance system of the European Commission regarding the PIP manufacturer, in which a defect on the side of the manufacturer was detected. The implants were withdrawn from the world markets and the company INCOM Trading spol. s r.o. immediately halted the sale of imported implants without delay.  All implants were duly recalled from doctors´ storerooms.  In April 2010 the number of imported implants and the number of recalled implants were duly reported in accordance with regulations of the State Institute for Drug Control.

After the 20-year-long presence of PIP on the market, there is no evidence supporting the connection between the implants and cancer.

The way in which, for some inexplicable reason, after nearly two years, the case has been reopened and dramatically presented by the media is inappropriate. The patients concerned have been informed about the possible problems with the PIP implants since April 2010; they have been communicating with their doctors and upon recommendation they have been advised to undergo regular ultrasound check-ups once every six months. Any other intervention of the media is inappropriate and unethical.

The company INCOM Trading spol. s r.o. disclaims any liability or any legal, expert or moral fault in the PIP affair. The company INCOM Trading spol. s r.o., just like the patients and doctors who implanted the implants, is only one link in the chain of the deceived, which has significant financial consequences.

Statement by the importer of PIP implants

Dear ladies,

behalf of INCOM Trading Co.Ltd, we repeatedly apologies for any problems and concerns of mammary implants POLY IMPLANT PROTHESE (PIP).

Since 2006 till March 2010 our company INCOM Trading Co. Ltd was an importer and a distributor of mentioned mammary implants PIP.

We cooperate systematically with State institute for Dug control in Czech republic (SÚKL) and also with Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

 

INCOM Trading CO Ltd. is  fully aware of the recent report in France of the death of a woman implanted with Poly Implant Prosthese (PIP) Breast Implants associated with an anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL).  Woman died in November 2010, but no evidence of association with PIP implants.

 

MHRA agency publicated the announcement below..

 

-   We informed UK healthcare professionals about the FDA’s communication via a Medical    Device Alert (MDA/2011/017) which was issued in February 2011.

 

-   We have continued to monitor the safety of these breast implants. In 2010 we commissioned testing on the silicone gel filler.  Results from this testing demonstrated that there was no evidence of genotoxicity (potential for cancer) or chemical toxicity.

 

-   We have also continued to review available evidence for association of cancers of women with breast implants in consultation with the relevant UK Professional Bodies for breast surgery and surgical oncology and has concluded that there is no evidence to indicate an association with cancer.  Additionally the MHRA worked with the Cancer Registry and could find no evidence for an association.  The MHRA has not received any reports of women with breast implants of any type in the UK with a diagnosis of ALCL.

 

-   We continue to monitor any associations of all types of breast implants, including PIP, with cancers and any other health implications.  We continue to liaise with AFSAPPS and will study the French evidence, discussing these findings with our experts as a matter of priority.

 

-          There is currently no evidence to support routine removal of PIP breast implants.

Plastic surgery of the upper and lower eyelids

Eyelid surgery improves the appearance of the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both. It gives a rejuvenated appearance to the surrounding area of your eyes, making you look more rested and alert.

Plastic surgery of the upper eyelids  takes about 30-50 minutes and is performed only under a local anesthetic (we can use also full anesthetic).

 After applying local anesthetic we perform incision 10-20mm (about) upper eyelid, we remove excess skin and sew cover the eye lid. 

Sutures are removed on the 7th day after surgery. Postoperative scar is hidden in the place of the natural grooves, so do not worry about visibility.

After eyelid surgery, we recommend that the patient slept for about 1 week on back. It minimize the swelling.


Laser surgery of the lower eyelid is performed in short-term general anesthesia. The incision is made ​​in the lower conjunctival sac. After surgery the mucosa only sealed, does not need to sew.


After surgery, we recommend use of eye drops or eye ointments.


The advantages of laser compared to conventional surgery of lower eyelids is in the fact that after laser surgery does not leave scars on the outside of the eyelid. In addition also that minimize swelling and bruising after surgery.

Nose (Rhinoplasty)

When clients decides for nose surgery, rhinoplasty , it is necessary to give close attention to the differences in what is a nice nose for woman is not the same for men. Therefore is important jointly consult and carefully select the best nose for client, individualy. Rhinoplasty is a complex procedure that requires a great deal of experience of the surgeon, but the good news, especially for men is that it does not hurt. After surgery begins several months of care. 

After nose surgery will be covered with gypsum for 2 weeks. However will be important wearing gypsum as a case of nose another 3 weeks over night. Another 3 months have to do regular massage of the nose. You can´t jump into the water, swimming.. just keep an eye on any impact than the nose sits. This process takes about six months.

EARS

One of the few categories where the proportion of men and women are practically equal, is the plastic surgery of ears. Standing ears may do men more of a problem with regard to a short haircut, and so in this category you will find quite a unique balance between the numbers of women and men who undergoing this operation.
