One of the few categories where the proportion of men and women are practically equal, is the plastic surgery of ears. Standing ears may do men more of a problem with regard to a short haircut, and so in this category you will find quite a unique balance between the numbers of women and men who undergoing this operation.
The surgery is not painful and is performed under local anesthesia, the discomfort always occur after surgery, during recovery. The ears can drag and uncomfortable itch but it is very individual.
