Statement by the importer of PIP implants

Dear ladies,

behalf of INCOM Trading Co.Ltd, we repeatedly apologies for any problems and concerns of mammary implants POLY IMPLANT PROTHESE (PIP).

Since 2006 till March 2010 our company INCOM Trading Co. Ltd was an importer and a distributor of mentioned mammary implants PIP.

We cooperate systematically with State institute for Dug control in Czech republic (SÚKL) and also with Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

 

INCOM Trading CO Ltd. is  fully aware of the recent report in France of the death of a woman implanted with Poly Implant Prosthese (PIP) Breast Implants associated with an anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL).  Woman died in November 2010, but no evidence of association with PIP implants.

 

MHRA agency publicated the announcement below..

 

-   We informed UK healthcare professionals about the FDA’s communication via a Medical    Device Alert (MDA/2011/017) which was issued in February 2011.

 

-   We have continued to monitor the safety of these breast implants. In 2010 we commissioned testing on the silicone gel filler.  Results from this testing demonstrated that there was no evidence of genotoxicity (potential for cancer) or chemical toxicity.

 

-   We have also continued to review available evidence for association of cancers of women with breast implants in consultation with the relevant UK Professional Bodies for breast surgery and surgical oncology and has concluded that there is no evidence to indicate an association with cancer.  Additionally the MHRA worked with the Cancer Registry and could find no evidence for an association.  The MHRA has not received any reports of women with breast implants of any type in the UK with a diagnosis of ALCL.

 

-   We continue to monitor any associations of all types of breast implants, including PIP, with cancers and any other health implications.  We continue to liaise with AFSAPPS and will study the French evidence, discussing these findings with our experts as a matter of priority.

 

-          There is currently no evidence to support routine removal of PIP breast implants.

Plastic surgery of the upper and lower eyelids

Eyelid surgery improves the appearance of the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both. It gives a rejuvenated appearance to the surrounding area of your eyes, making you look more rested and alert.

Plastic surgery of the upper eyelids  takes about 30-50 minutes and is performed only under a local anesthetic (we can use also full anesthetic).

 After applying local anesthetic we perform incision 10-20mm (about) upper eyelid, we remove excess skin and sew cover the eye lid. 

Sutures are removed on the 7th day after surgery. Postoperative scar is hidden in the place of the natural grooves, so do not worry about visibility.

After eyelid surgery, we recommend that the patient slept for about 1 week on back. It minimize the swelling.


Laser surgery of the lower eyelid is performed in short-term general anesthesia. The incision is made ​​in the lower conjunctival sac. After surgery the mucosa only sealed, does not need to sew.


After surgery, we recommend use of eye drops or eye ointments.


The advantages of laser compared to conventional surgery of lower eyelids is in the fact that after laser surgery does not leave scars on the outside of the eyelid. In addition also that minimize swelling and bruising after surgery.

Nose (Rhinoplasty)

When clients decides for nose surgery, rhinoplasty , it is necessary to give close attention to the differences in what is a nice nose for woman is not the same for men. Therefore is important jointly consult and carefully select the best nose for client, individualy. Rhinoplasty is a complex procedure that requires a great deal of experience of the surgeon, but the good news, especially for men is that it does not hurt. After surgery begins several months of care. 

After nose surgery will be covered with gypsum for 2 weeks. However will be important wearing gypsum as a case of nose another 3 weeks over night. Another 3 months have to do regular massage of the nose. You can´t jump into the water, swimming.. just keep an eye on any impact than the nose sits. This process takes about six months.
